Education as the name suggests is counted as the most important thing in human's life."A person without education is considered as an animal without tail " which is a reknowned saying.It is also said that education is a long life process and the basic education that a person gets during his or her formative year helps them to shape their own future and their outlook.In this twenty first century,today's school is not merely a school it is much more.With the required co ordination of school's teachers and staff together with the guardians and students give it a required and desired environment.In the form of educational institution students not only get chance to flourish their future instead they also get chance to be familiar with other person sharing the same objective known as FRIENDS.Education in persons life helps them to tackle with their on going problems in life.Education plays an important role to eliminate the prevailing social disparities.Despite many examples of success,their are many problems and challenges.Some of the critical issues of education in Nepal are education management,quality,relevance,access,etc.Thus social discrimination on the basis of gender,ethnicity,location,race,economic class,etc are yet to be eliminated.All these are the hindrances in the path of development of education.
